INSTALLATION
If you have any questions regarding the installation of your FYRLYT products, do not hesitate to contact us.
Installing extralight is not as simple as taking two lengths of the cable, removing the ends, pressing them together and wrapping. Don't laugh because we all know people do it!
As we detailed on the website, it is IMPORTANT that the cables, connectors, fuses etc are up to the desired specification, if not, your lights will not work as intended. A general 100 watts marked cabling will not be enough. Make sure your salesperson/fitter understands this!
Think of this theory. You have just upgraded your engine from 200 hp to 400 hp. It is obvious that you need to upgrade the fuel system to supply the engine with the extra fuel required to reach its new power, which requires a larger carburetor, pump, injector etc. Each "extra" or "new" component has potential consequences in the "machine" and must be considered to perform as expected.

An experienced installer is your best friend!
When you open the bonnet of most modern vehicles, most people are surprised at where to start. If you have any doubts about where to start, we recommend that you apply to an installer and preferably an experienced vehicle electrician who probably knows exactly how to do the work. Be careful with sellers who have a negative attitude to the installation. Ask them twice if they have taken into account the exact specifications required to mount that pair FYRLYT .
Jamie Benaud from Australia shows what an installation might look like
Jamie has compiled two videos showing the installation on FYRLYT LUXSIS 5000 and NEMESIS 9000. It's his own production and not our instruction but will at least give you an insight into what it's all about. We have no involvement in this production and Jamie's views are his own.
